Spring 2022 News:
Happy Spring! There are two Covenant changes that will be voted on by the community this Spring. The first is the rental cap and rules, and the second is guidance on Solar Panels. In a few weeks, the board will setup a station at the pool common area that will allow neighbors to visit and formally vote for or against the changes. If you are interested in learning more about either of these, please send me an email at bgrebmi(at)gmail.com. The board also continues to mull the possibility of changing management companies. Hawthorne has been very weak with assisting us in enforcing Covenant violations and we have some violations that have lasted for more than 2 years without resolution. However, our current company is a very low-cost service, and changes to management could significantly increase dues. We will have some information available for discussion later this Spring. The pool will open on Saturday, May 7th, 2Ø22. From 1Øam-2pm on the same day, we will be having a workday at the pool to powerwash, paint, and do some small repairs. If you are interested in helping with this work, please email me at bgrebmi(at)gmail.com and I will assign you to a team. Google Fiber is being installed throughout our neighborhood. There has been no communication to the board about this from Google, but none was expected. Please visit the Google Fiber Webpage with any questions.
